This elegant Art Nouveau vase was produced by Glasfabrik Elisabeth, which was founded by Theodor Pallme König and Wilhelm Habel in the year 1889. This glass house is named after Wilhem Habel’s deceased mother, namely “Elisabeth” (1888). The vase has an exceptionally beautiful shape and is characteristic of Glasfabrik Elisbeth because of the chestnut brown glass threads placed on a green ground in a random pattern. The vase has minimal impact damage to the imposed glass threads, which are exceptionally fragile. This free-form vase has a improved pontil at the bottom.
